BR 123 2010

House Bill 32 (or BR 123 2010) was prefiled on September 2, 2009 and introduced on January 5, 2010 by Representative Jody Richards for the 2010 General Assembly.

It is an act relating to the Kentucky educator award and recognition fund and making an appropriation therefor.

BR 123 proposes to create a new section of KRS chapter 156 to establish the Kentucky educator award and recognition fund to provide matching funds for schools that have state and national award winning educators who received cash awards or an equivalent benefit; require the Kentucky Department of Education to administer the fund.[1]
