House Bill 61 (or BR 159 2010) was prefiled on November 4, 2009 and introduced on January 5, 2010 by Representatives Bill Farmer, Jim DeCesare, Alecia Webb-Edgington, and Addia Wuchner for the 2010 General Assembly.

It is an act relating to sales tax on alcohol.

BR 159 proposes to amend KRS 139.470 to exempt gross receipts from the sale of distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages, not consumed on the premises, from sales and use tax; effective August 1, 2010.[1]
