Born June 20, 1954, Rep. Robert Damron (D) represents District 39, which covers part of Fayette County and Jessamine County. Damron received a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Kentucky. He works as a financial advisor and investment banker. Damron is involved with Jessamine County Beef Cattle Association and the Bluegrass Sportsman League. He also is on the board of directors of both All Gods Children, Inc. and Employment Solutions, is on the executive board of the Bluegrass Council of Boy Scouts, and is on the P.A.C.E. board at Asbury College. Damron served as the majority caucus chair from 2005 until 2006, and has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 1993.
