Born Feb. 17, 1948, Rep. Jim Glenn (D) represents District 13, which covers part of Daviess County. Glenn graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 1971, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1974, and an EdD from the University of Kentucky in 2001. He is currently an associate professor for the Business Aministration Department at Owensboro Community and Technical College, and was also adjunct faculty for Brescia College from 1990 until 1995. He has been a member of various business associations. Glenn has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2007.
