Born Oct. 12, 1950, Rep. Terry Mills (D) represents District 24, which covers Casey County, Marion County, and part of Pulaski County. Mills graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration. In 2007, he retired from a career in social security, retiring as district manager of the Campbellsville office. He is a member of the Lebanon Lions Club and is a van driver for Disabled American Veterans. He is also the former Parish Council Chair for Saint Augustine Catholic Church. Mills has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2010.
