Born June 10, 1941, Rep. Marie Rader (R) represents District 89, which covers Jackson County, part of Laurel County and Owsley County. Rader attended Berea College and is a self-employed business owner. She is the executive director of public housing in McKee, Kentucky, and is also a member of the Jackson County Kiwanis. She is a former member of the Jackson County Development Association and Jackson County Industrial Authority. Rader has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 1997.
