Born July 14, 1951, Rep. Sal Santoro (R) represents District 60, which covers part of Boone County. Santoro earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati, and later earned a master's degree from Xavier University (Ohio). He is the president of Santoro Electric Company Inc. and a former state trooper. He is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the Knights of Columbus, and is the chairman of the Florence Fire Protection District. Santoro has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2007.
