Born March 2, 1962, Rep. Kevin Sinnette (D) represents District 100, which covers part of Boyd County. Sinnette earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1984, and later earned a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1988. He is an attorney, and is in the Kentucky Bar Association and Boyd County Bar Association. He is also a member of the NRA. Sinnette has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2009, and before his election served as the assistant city attorney in Ashland from 1990 until 2008.
