Born June 19, 1965, Rep. Fitz Steele (D) represents District 84, which covers part of Harlan County and Perry County. Steele attended a two-year trade school and is self-employed. He is a member of Perry County PRIDE, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and the Buckhorn Scenic Trails Association. Steele has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2009.
