Born Sept. 6, 1960, Sen. Robin Webb (D) represents District 18, which covers Bracken County, Carter County, Greenup County, Lewis County, Mason County and Robertson County. Webb earned a bachelor's degree from Morehead State University, and later earned a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She is an attorney, and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Assiociation (section chair- criminal justice). She is also a member of the Committee on Domestic Violence and Child Protection, Morehead State University Alumni Board, Grayson Chamber of Commerce, Carter County Fair Board, Carter Recreational Alliance Board, National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, NRA, Kentucky Sportsmans Caucus and National Assembly of Sportsman's Caucus' Executive Council. Webb has served in the Kentucky Senate since 2009. She served in the Kentucky House of Representatives for ten years before becoming a senator.
