House Bill 107 (or BR 279 2010) was introduced on January 5, 2010 by Representative Bill Farmer for the 2010 General Assembly.
It is an act relating to protection of private information.
BR 279 proposes to create a new section of KRS 65.003 to 65.158 to require that any local governmental entity shall safeguard the records of any individual or other taxpayer in a manner consistent with federal law relating to the protection and destruction of documents.[1]
