House Bill 137 (or BR 459 2010) was introduced on January 5, 2010 by Representative Tom Edmonds for the 2010 General Assembly.

BR 459 proposes to create a new section of KRS 6.500 to 6.577 to establish an excess benefit plan for the Legislators' Retirement Plan in order to provide for payment of retirement benefits that are limited by 26 U.S.C. sec. 415.[1]
