Montell, Brad
Born Dec. 5, 1956, Rep. Brad Montell (R) represents District 58, which covers Shelby County and part of Spencer County. Rep. Montell earned a bachelor's degree and master's degree from Western Kentucky University. He works as a financial advisor and broker for W. Brad Montell Investments, a company which he owns. He is a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, National Wild Turkey Federation and the Shelbyville Kiwanis Club (of which he is the director). Montell is also a former chairman of the Shelby Economic Development Council and former president of Shelbyville-Shelby Co Chamber of Commerce. He has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2003.
