Yonts, Brent
Born March 21, 1949, Rep. Brent Yonts (D) represents District 15 which covers part of Christian County, part of Hopkins County, and Muhlenberg County. Yonts graduated from Murray State University in 1971 with a bachelor's degree and later graduated from University of Kentucky School of Law in 1975. He works as an attorney at his own firm, Brent Yonts Law Offices, and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. From 1971 until 1973, he served as First Lieutenant for the United States Army, Adjutant General Corps. Yonts is a member of the Sunrise Children's Services Board of Trustees. He has been a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 1997.
