2010

7th: request to obtain the most recent review and criteria for the review of Floyd County Public Schools superintendent Henry Webb. Request sent 6/7/2010.
9th: received an email from Floyd County Schools human resource director Phil Paige with an attachment that contained the criteria for evaluation. A reply was sent to Mr. Paige requesting the most recent evaluation. Mr. Paige responded stating that the meeting minutes were contained within the document. Bluegrass Institute responded to clarify that there was not other documentation other than the verbal vote recorded in the minutes that exists regarding a discussion of Henry Webb's performance.
