Franklin County Graduation/Dropout Rates

Figure 1 shows graduation rates for the two high school is Franklin county school district, Franklin County High School and Western Hills High School, plotted alongside Franklin county average graduation rates and the state average graduation rates. Figure 2 shows dropout rates for Franklin County for five years alongside the state average dropout rates.

Recent Events

June 2009

The Franklin County Board of Education voted in favor of raising out of state tution almost 600% from $300 to $2,200. It is estimated that the school system stands to raise about $40,000 more annually. [2]
