Harlan County Schools Records Requests

2010

8th: request to obtain the most recent review and criteria for the review of Harlan County Public Schools superintendent Timothy Saylor. Request sent 6/8/2010.
11th: an email was received from board secretary Jeff Phillips stating that the request was being filled via documents through the USPS.
13th: received the aforementioned document in the mail. The document stated that the most current review was to take place in the month of June and that it would be forwarded to the Bluegrass Institute upon it's completion.
Received a letter with the requested information. The documents were converted from paper to PDF.

15th:A request was submitted for the check register outlining expenses by vendor, date, amount, and description for the last complete accounting year provided in CSV format or Excel worksheet(s).

3rd: The Bluegrass Institute received an email with the requested information in pdf format. The finance officer for Harlan County Schools informed that the requested information was not available in excel worksheets or .csv format.
