House Bill 108 (or BR 326 2010) was introduced on January 5, 2010 by Representative Bill Farmer for the 2010 General Assembly.
It is an act relating to taxation of mortgage debt forgiveness.
BR 326 proposes to amend KRS 141.010 to exclude certain mortgage debt forgiveness from individual income tax.[1]
