Rand, Rick
Born March 10, 1957, Rep. Rick Rand (D) represents District 47, which covers Carroll County, Henry County, part of Oldham County and Trimble County. Rand earned a bachelor's degree from Hanover College (Indiana) and owns Rand Insurance and Real Estate. He is a member of the Carroll County and Henry County chamber of commerces, as well as the Trimble County Cattleman’s Association, Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky, NRA and Kentucky Biker's Association. Rand has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2003. Prior to that, he served from 1991 until 1994 in the Kentucky Senate.
