Born Aug. 23, 1966, Rep. Alecia Webb-Edgington (R) represents District 63, which covers part of Kenton County. Webb-Edgington earned a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University in sociology and criminology, and earned a master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in criminal justice. She worked for the Kentucky State Police as the chief information officer, and also worked for the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, where she became the first female head of the office. She is the president of Kentucky Women in Law Enforcement. Webb-Edgington has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2008.
