The chart in Figure 1 below shows a comparison between Bell County High School graduation rates and the state's average graduation rates for a five year period. The graph in figure 2 above shows dropout rates for Bell County Public school district in comparison to the state average dropout rates from 2003 to 2007. For the five years, Bell County recorded improvements in dropout rates where as the state average has only marginally changed.
