Figure 1 shows a comparison of Carroll county graduation rates compared to the state average graduation rates for a five year period starting 2003. Figure 2 shows Carroll county public school district dropout rates for 2003 to 2007 in comparison to the state average dropout rates. Over the five years, the county recorded improvements in the dropout rates.
