Figure 2 shows dropout rates for Franklin County for five years alongside the state average dropout rates.

June 2009
The Franklin County Board of Education voted in favor of raising out of state tution almost 600% from $300 to $2,200. It is estimated that the school system stands to raise about $40,000 more annually. [1]
