The chart in figure 1 shows graduation rates for McCreary County public school district for a five year period from 2003 to 2007 alongside the state average graduation rates. Between 2005 to 2005, the county recorded some improvements in the graduation rates but then dropped again in 2006 and 2007. Figure 2 shows dropout rates for McCreary county for five years from 2003 to 2007 alongside the state average dropout rate.
